Impressed that I wasn't charged the £60 call out charge as they couldn't help me but they gave me the number of someone who could and checked later that all was ok

We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. My elderly friend had a sudden leak pouring into her landing cupboard from her loft tank softener. We had an old boiler replaced after SJ King Ltd kept the old one going for years until it's last legs, also replaced several historic radiators and a new shower fitted. All fab since and the team were really lovely. Will have them back for a new project soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)

First class service from this experienced plumber charged exactly as agreed quote , clean and efficient work. Changed hot water tank with updated pipe work, more than happy, a fair days work for a fair price. Very professional, friendly and helpful all round, fixed a multitude of things and tiled/installed shower area; fitted new taps, fixed electrics, pipe damaged by previous plumber, and installed extractor fan properly.
