Well these people were a great find! Very refreshing to find a company that are conscientious, courteous, & seem completely clued up with their knowledge of plumbing and heating & above all genuine, a trait sadly missing in a lot of today’s businesses. These people care ! I for one will definitely stick with them & can highly recommend.

Ben Great worker, arrived on time at 07:30; gave me an outline of the work he would carry out and that of a roofer, required briefly later on. Started work soon after arrival and declined offer of a drink. Left him to get on with it and for most of the day he had the there run of the kitchen with all his tools and various apparatus. Around 17:30 he had replaced the boiler, cleaned up with a vacuum and removed the old boiler and boxes to my yard to wait salvage collection. the following morning. He then showed me the working of he new boiler, how to make adjustments and the does and don'ts of the complete system. From now on, if I need a Plumber of Heating Engineer, I only use this one having previously learned to my dismay not all businesses are quality

I have been very pleased by the support and advice that Ben offered, and help in resolving our heating issue. He was always on time, courteous and explained what he was doing. It's never easy when the problem could be a number of things, but they were systematically addressed until the route cause was found.

Very pleased with Ben's work. Kept me informed throughout, arrived in a timely manner, cleaned up and all the while being polite. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to friends.

I am very happy with the service provided by Hayes Plumbing & Heating. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that is responsive and communicates, replies same day, turns up at agreed time and diagnoses and fixes the issue quickly. Problem was a faulty powered valve. Full marks to Ben and Nicola!
