I can highly recommend Pat and his team at Concept Plumbing. Pat oversaw the refurbishment of our upstairs bathroom from start to finish. the whole project was carried out with minimum disruption to us, with Graham and Will doing a fantastic job for us. Very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Am very pleased having changed from using one of the well known utility companies for boiler servicing to Concept. Much more knowledgeable and thorough and automatically cleaned the system filter which for some reason my previous provider was reluctant to do. Much better value for money too! Will certainly use in the future for servicing and other work.

My boiler needed a new pump and Concept were quick to visit, assess and fix. Pat kept me up date with progress and Dan was a friendly, helpful, tidy and knowledgable engineer. I will definitely turn to Concept - great to have a reliable trustworthy service.

Recommend by my normal engineer who was unable to do the work, the whole process from booking to receiving the invoice was very efficient and professional. The engineer turned up on time, carried out the work very thoroughly and it was all done at a very reasonable cost.

Had to give 5 stars because you can't give 6! Dan is an excellent plumber who responds quickly and clearly to any requests. We agreed a time and price. He arrived bang on time and did the job for the agreed price. No fuss, no bother. Can't fault him. Photo shows new valve fitted by today. A small job perhaps but important.

Fabulous company. It's great to find a company with fully qualified oil fired boiler engineers. Tom Sutton Heating responded when I had a problem over the Christmas period. I felt that they went out of their way to sort the problem. The communication was excellent, keeping me informed at all times how things were progressing. The engineer arrived on time, performed a very thorough service and clean, explained clearly what he was doing and cleared up afterwards. The bill was as quoted.I would happily recommend.

Will Stone Plumbing was excellent. Will scoped a completely new central heating system and boiler upgrade / relocation and talked us through what he thought was best. Wayne and his apprentice smashed it out the park as it was a massive Job. They were great in the house and always asked if there were any issues. Delighted with the exceptional service we received from LV Heating. Their engineer Lucas went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. In fact he left the place tidier than when he arrived! Will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

LV Heating & Plumbing came to install a new shower following a leak. It was a challenging retro fit but Lucas took incredible time and care to get it right. He was extremely thorough and paid meticulous attention to detail. He was incredibly well organised and had an extensive array of tools laid out in preparation and when finished, he left the site spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LV, Lucas is a delightful young man and his work is exceptional.

These guys carried out a full bathroom modernisation. Can't fault anything. All knew exactly what they were doing and were on time every day until the job was done.
