I can highly recommend Pat and his team at Concept Plumbing. Pat oversaw the refurbishment of our upstairs bathroom from start to finish. the whole project was carried out with minimum disruption to us, with Graham and Will doing a fantastic job for us. Recommend by my normal engineer who was unable to do the work, the whole process from booking to receiving the invoice was very efficient and professional. The engineer turned up on time, carried out the work very thoroughly and it was all done at a very reasonable cost.

Am very pleased having changed from using one of the well known utility companies for boiler servicing to Concept. Much more knowledgeable and thorough and automatically cleaned the system filter which for some reason my previous provider was reluctant to do. Much better value for money too! Will certainly use in the future for servicing and other work.

Chris came out quickly. Looked into wether the boiler could be fixed but we soon realized the best option was a new boiler.He installed the new boiler and Discovered a gas leak this was fixed as well. When he left we had a fully working heater system which will last for a long time.

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. I employed Richard 's company to replace an existing shower cubicle in our en-suite, install a slider rail and shower head in the shower in the main bathroom and a couple of other minor plumbing jobs. He arrived on schedule with Sam who was actually going to do the work. Sam was very professional with his work and we were completely happy with the work that he did for us. He used dust sheets to protect our flooring and cleaned and tidied up at the end of each of the two days he was here. We would be happy to use them again.

The guys just finished refitting a main bathroom and two en-suite wetrooms. I am extremely happy with the work they have done, time will tell obviously, but I can't fault what I've seen. When Richard came to price the job he was very thorough and communicated to me options and considerations, which I appreciated. The work was carried out professionally by Richard initially, then Lewis and Joe (and Martin tiling). All the guys were very friendly, polite and considerate. Communication was good throughout via text and calls to mobiles (given they are out and about, that's probably better than via the website etc.). 5 stars for me. Highly recommended.

I was a returning customer. Divine Water installed our bathroom 7 years ago and we were impressed with the level of care and competence they showed. More recently they helped us out when our shower pump developed a leak. As before, they provided a prompt, professional and courteous service and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

HPS supplied all of the sanitaryware and associated bathroom fittings for our new En Suite and main Bathroom. I cannot begin to say how helpful Sonny was throughout the whole process. We met at his showroom and chose everything and were guided by his expertise as to what would suit us best. He then provided CGI's of both bathrooms which really brought everything to life. We made a few changes and he provided a detailed quotation which we accepted and our Plumber ( TND ) ordered and had delivered to our house ready for installation. The finished bathrooms look amazing and I cannot thank Sonny and his team enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sonny & HPS if you are looking to redo your bathroom.
