The team at TND were quick to help us out with a basic 'loss of water pressure' issue, sending out a friendly chap (who's name I have forgotten, sorry!) on the same day that we called, which was great. The job was done quickly and efficiently, without any fuss, and the invoice arrived later that day too. I cant rate TND highly enough. After finding my boiler was unsafe, they moved heaven and earth to get a new boiler installed immediately. I went from having my boiler shut down, to a new one installed and running in less than 24hours. Joe is very knowledgeable (and patient with crazy dogs too), he gives you as many options as possible to choose from when there is an issue and then cracks on with the task at hand.
