We recently had Paul to the house to help us identify where our leak under the bath was coming from. He was such a lovely man, very experienced and was able to give us several options on how to fix the problem. Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. A very old boiler needed a service but it quickly became clear it needed to be sent to a museum. The guys moved their schedule to fit a replacement boiler the following week. As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before .
