Niall was very professional. He explained everything clearly and even went to the effort of testing our fire alarms. Communication throughout was brilliant. Very friendly and lovely with our kids who insisted on watching him! We will definitely use again and 100 % recommend.

They were not only be able to accommodate my urgent visit on Sunday to service my boiler but also provided a comprehensive overview & education to our heating and boiling system of recently bought house. Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. Jason has now been a life saver on several occasions, always answers messages by return, always happy to come out and assess the situation and suggest a solution or fix temporarily until he can do the permanent fix. Most recent issue was a leaking very old hot tank that he has now replaced and all working much better thankyou. He is so knowledgeable and gives great sensible advice. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. I really needed to say how professional this company is. I contacted them for a second quote after I was told I had a split tank and the cost was going to run to circa £2500. This guy comes in, identified the cause as a leak as the inlet valve, and fixed it there and then. Cost me almost nothing and I could not be happier with the honesty of the guy. I could not be more impressed. We had an issue with our air source heat pump system. ECS responded immediately and identified the issue instantly. They suggested several options and talked through each with us. They did a superb job and constantly kept cost in mind ensuring we received the most cost effective repair. I've used ECS for a number of jobs both large and small. We did extensive remodelling in our house and used ECS to completely re-plumb the building, fitting new underfloor heating and radiators, boiler and plant room. They did a great job and over the past 4 years I've used them for annual boiler maintenance, tap leaks and more recently sorting out a drain issue. ECS are always on time and have often coming out quickly or at short notice. They provide a quote before doing any work, payment is easy and they produce a job report so you can see exactly what's been done. I highly recommend them!

Just wanted to say thank you to Jamie and team. Had a very unpleasant job of trying to work out what was blocking outside pipe leading from toilet. Guys worked hard and did a great job. Family now very happy to have a toilet upstairs that works.
