Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

I recently needed a quick fix for a broken bath mixer tap, and Kevin was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly, assessed the issue efficiently, and had the new tap installed in no time. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. Excellent experience with Dexter servicing our boiler. He arranged to come promptly, carried out a thorough service explaining what he had found. Tidy, friendly and reasonably priced. Have used him twice now for different things and will continue to do so.

Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

After smelling gas around our boiler, I called DWM and Dexter was with us within 30 mins. He diagnosed a few issues, sourced the parts and fixed our boiler within a few hours - at a very fair price! He’s polite and knowledgable and I hope to use Dexter for all future plumbing work.

I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework.
