Am so pleased that I have found this plumbing and heating company. They are amazing. Grace does a great job organising the jobs. Craig was wonderful at fitting a new kitchen tap and Charlie did a good job installing a new boiler. Great prices and good quality workmanship. Very grateful to know they are there.
Charlie came to fix my radiators and today FaceTimed me to ensure I got my boiler up and running. He didn’t want to leave the call until he was sure it was all working for me, very kind man, both times I’ve needed help he’s responded immediately. Professional and quick service, would highly recommend ☺️👍🏼
We had Charlie and his apprentice Adam come and fit a new boiler for us. They had a late start due to the boiler arriving a bit late. People always comment and complain when they’re not happy but these guys deserve a shout out for being great. They were brilliant; hard working, clean, tidy and polite. Didn’t even want a cup of tea, even though I offered them one on numerous occasions! They pushed on and had the job done by the end of the day. I’d have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to someone else. 5*
Craig has finished a few jobs for us now, disconnected our gas fire, installed a radiator and moved an existing radiator. We could not recommend him enough. He's really knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful.
Excellent diagnostic work and repair for our central heating failure. Charlie Brenland is strongly recommended for his knowledge and friendly caring attitude on Christmas Eve.
