Another excellent job by Chris, this time replacing an ailing boiler. I’ve used Chris' services for several years at our own home and at our rental properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Over the years, he has dealt with everything from regularly servicing boilers and performing Gas Safety Checks, to emergencies such as handling leaks and heating faults and big projects such as fitting a new boiler and a Honeywell smart heating system. He is always clear and knowledgeable in identifying, explaining and fixing problems. He is reliable, professional, tidy and friendly. A tenant recently commented on what a great find he is!

Chris was quick to respond to our questions, he explained his recommendations clearly and his service was quick, clean and super effective. He took the time to make sure we were happy at every step and followed up afterwards. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and we will definitely be calling him again :)
