Steve has done quite a bit of work for us now, most recently organising the transformation of our fireplace. We find the prices very reasonable, the work to a high quality and the after care also very good. We're slowly also replacing all the radiators in the house which we will continue to use Steve.

Steve and his team removed our old tank and fitted a new combi boiler in our forever home. The work included relocating the boiler into the loft, installing new pipework and replacing every radiator in the house. Steve estimated that the work would be completed in 5-7 days and he was finished within five. He was very friendly throughout the quoting and installation process and was professional, efficient and time conscious. My husband and I will be sure to use him for our annual services and would recommend him to everyone.

I have received excellent service from South Plumbing Services, nothing is too much trouble and Moji sorted out my boiler problems for me , as well as an annual Service was done. I would certainly use them if I have any other problems and would recommend them to other people.

I have been using South Plumbing Services for over 10 years. Moji is always helpful and response promptly even over the weekend. He recently replaces my boiler and relocated it to another convenient location. Highly recommended for any boiler, heating and plumbing jobs in Southampton. Update November 2024: Moji replaced my old boiler to a combi and removed the old cylinder. I love the look, high pressure shower and the wireless thermostat that I can control by the app on my mobile. South plumbing services is an amazing plumbing and gas engineer in Southampton and I have been satisfied with Moji's knowledge and workmanship.

My hot water tank was not working but I didn't realise that it had been slowly leaking as well until Moji came to inspect it. He said the tank would need replacing (it was 40 years old) and managed to get a new tank that afternoon and came back the same night to replace it. He gave me a fixed price for the tank, parts and labour. Unfortunately, there was air in the pipes , so Moji returned on a later day and tirelessly filled and drained the tank until the air was pushed out. I now have a new tank and hot water. I would highly recommend Moji. He is professional, friendly and will patiently keep going until the job is done.

I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

I have just had an unvented cylinder system installed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the house was kept clean throughout the time they were here. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.
