He was able to fit the job in quickly, his communication was good & he was efficient in sorting it out. On top of that, his pricing was reasonable. Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient!
