Simon has been servicing and maintaining my boiler for the last 4 years or so and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sadly this time I took the decision it wasn't cost effective to repair my 16 year old boiler and Simon has now installed a new boiler for me. Simon was efficient and helpful from start to finish and left everything absolutely spotless. Would 100% recommend him.

Very good communication. Simon let me know when he would arrive. Serviced our boiler efficiently and rectified a fault with clear explanation. Replacing the valve took quite a short time considering the price. The cost of the part on the invoice would have been helpful .

Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot. Invoice exactly as quoted, plus some free advice on additional insulation, and how we could easily do it ourselves. Five star work.
