I phoned Ross this morning to fix a leak in my kitchen and he arrived just an hour later! He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fixed the leak in no time at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again next time I need a plumber.

What can I say......... wow!!!! Ross came dead on time, told me problem. Gave me price, job done... so simple so honest, and now my problem fixed and I have myself a new plumber..... Can't thank you enough for the work and the worry you tool off me, EXCELLENT WORK GUYS

I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.

Used them recently for a gas safety check. Communication was brilliant and very easy. Plumber came around very promptly and friendly as always!

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

I have just had an unvented cylinder system installed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the house was kept clean throughout the time they were here. Foolishly I drilled through a water pipe while fixing flor boards. Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

Charlie came to fix my radiators and today FaceTimed me to ensure I got my boiler up and running. He didn’t want to leave the call until he was sure it was all working for me, very kind man, both times I’ve needed help he’s responded immediately. We had Charlie and his apprentice Adam come and fit a new boiler for us. They had a late start due to the boiler arriving a bit late. People always comment and complain when they’re not happy but these guys deserve a shout out for being great. They were brilliant; hard working, clean, tidy and polite. Didn’t even want a cup of tea, even though I offered them one on numerous occasions! They pushed on and had the job done by the end of the day. I’d have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to someone else. 5*

Craig has finished a few jobs for us now, disconnected our gas fire, installed a radiator and moved an existing radiator. We could not recommend him enough. He's really knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful.

James completed our bathroom this week and he has done an outstanding job. His levels of professionalism and workmanship are exceptional. He is very polite and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to ensure we got an excellent finish. I would highly recommend him and we will be definitely be using James’ services again for future projects.

Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Late 2021: Well, our second project is complete and James has done a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Workmanship second to none. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. As James encountered small problems imposed by our previous bathroom and non-square walls, he discussed options with us and the end result was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Proper emergency service! Luke and James responded to our need to repair a punctured central heating pipe in just over 2 hours today. They worked smoothly and efficiently together, resoving the problem in less than an hour. A true godsend, as we are due to have a new carpet fitted in the bedroom tomorrow morning! At a cost of £225.00, both my partner and I considered this a reasonable and realistic price for a call-out on a Sunday afternoon with no notice. They carried out the work as if they were in their own homes. What more can you ask for? Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. The added bonus is that they also do electrics etc and we are looking forward to joining the Home Shield cover as it will give us peace of mind.

Such a great service! I had a gas pipe moved to accommodate an oven. I submitted a form online for a callback which was swift. The quotation was quick and accurate. The price was reasonable at around £115. Two people carried out the work respectfully and expertly. The invoice was shared shortly after and payment was easy.

The engineer arrived on time with a courtesy text advising of expected time. They were respectful of my property and were polite. Able to identify the issue and solve it in a timely manner. I have used their services before, They will continue to be my "go to" I cannot recommend them enough.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. Wow! Mike is the most genuine plumber I have ever had in 35 years & I have tried a few. His knowledge & honesty saved me £2,000 ! From another plumbers quote saying the whole boiler needed replacing, it did not! Mike was polite & has done 5 star work & been very thorough.
