I just had successful installation of boiler magnetic filter. The quote had a fair price. The engineer was polite, professional and ready to answer all the questions. It looks like they hired some new, good professionals and it seems now a bit better supervised - which is very important. Keep going!

Fantastic service BGM. Three young men came to repair our boiler and replace the water tank and immersion heater. They were professional polite and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. You would have never known they had been there, apart from we had warm radiators and hot water again. I was so impressed that I have taken out a BGM service plan. Thanks again from 3 pensioners, my 98 year old uncle can now sit in the warm while on his PlayStation. Michael & Maureen Farrell
