Excellent friendly service at a reasonable price. Easy to book in a service and the boiler service was completed on time with no issues. Will definitely use this company again.

This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a first class, fuss free plumbing service at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using them again.

Very highly recommend we noticed a leak on Sunday night causing us to loose all heating, and by 10.30am Monday morning Alford plumbing had come out and within an hour fixed the problem and left the area tidy. Can not recommend enough we now use them for all our plumbing needs

Prior to the work carried out by your staff, 4 other companies had told me that it was an impossible job. Your staff were clearly passionate about their role & extremely knowledgeable. The job was completed with minimal mess & the workmanship was of an extremely high standard & was very neatly executed. The plumber was an absolute credit to your team and I can't thank you enough

Very good communication throughout before the job and to confirm arrival time. The work was done well, both the guys were very pleasant and explained the work well.The final result was a lovely warm house!
