Nik replaced our broken boiler as an emergency as we had no hot water or heating. He kindly fitted us in and did an excellent job, was neat and tidy and very friendly. The boiler was installed to a very high standard, and he even replaced existing faulty pipework and valves as part of the total cost. I would highly recommend Kingston Plumbing & Heating.

Kingston plumbing have recently fitted our new bathroom suite. Nik gave us a great quote and also helped arrange a tiler and managed the project between them which really helped. He gave advice on fittings and products we may need as we chose and purchased everything ourselves and helped problem solve any issues we had from the products we had purchased. It ran smoothly and we are very happy with the result and would highly recommend!

We have been using Mark to service and repair our boiler / central heating system for some years now and his customer service, attitude, efficiency, communications, work ethic and pricing are all excellent. He always contacts me regularly in August to book our annual service, turns up when he says he will and provides a professional and first rate service. He's also a gentleman. Don't go anywhere else folks.

Mark completed a boiler service for us. We were able to book within plenty of time. Mark was very quick in responding. On the day he arrived 5 minutes early and was quick in setting up to complete the service. He talked me through how to check the water pressure and was also brilliant with our dog. 10/10. Mark has been servicing our boiler for many years, and he's always been first rate. He's friendly, trustworthy and does an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He's also taken on other plumbing and maintenance jobs for us, which were all carried out to a very high standard.

Danny was great from start to finish, I had my boiler replaced and he gave me an honest and reasonable quote. When he came to do the work and realised that all of the quoted work was not required, he let me know straight away and adjusted the job/price accordingly. He turned up on time and was very polite and tidy throughout, keeping me updated on how the job was going. He also adjusted some radiator pipes for me which I only mentioned once he was here, with no issue. Overall, I am very happy with Danny's work and will be using him again for any plumbing/heating work in the future.

Danny and his workmate Dylan have worked together for the past two days installing a replacement boiler and hot water tank in our home. They worked cheerfully and efficiently throughout the installation to produce a brilliant result giving us hot water and heating. They left us with clean and tidy work areas and clear instructions to use the new digital controls. Our thanks to both of them. They can come back anytime!

Danny was absolutely incredible. He came very promptly both for the quote and for the repair. He knew exactly what the issue was. He had to complete take out a leaking pipe inside of our cistern in our toliet (the white one which I’m pointing to in the photo attached) and he was extremely efficient and carried out the repair with the highest quality products and manner. He’s very professional, friendly, super easy to get along with and also very tidy and he made sure to keep me informed. I seriously recommend Danny and I can tell he doesn’t do callbacks and wants to be 100% sure he checks absolutely everything before leaving. Very fast reliable company, phoned up on the Tuesday as we had no heating, came out the same day and found the issue. Steve really helped my elderly mother, the kitchen tap we had, had a leak and was hard for my mother to operate she is registered blind. She is new to the island does not know anybody. Steve was brilliant. Super quick response to fix my plumbing problem (a toilet that didn't work), even came at 7 in the morning, all fixed by 8. What looked like a difficult job becauae it was hard to access quickly sorted. And invoice was very reasonable. Recommended, a great guy
