Had a problem where my heating would not turn off. Called SCBS who sent Richard over. Very knowledgeable guy, identified the problem in only a few minutes. It needed a part so a few days later another guy called Ben came over and got the system working perfectly very quickly. Both very polite, efficient and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who has problems with their heating.

Very good service. They look after the customer very well, they installed new radiators. Always someone on the other side of the phone to speak to. My boiler stop working and as it was quite old I decided to buy a new one. It was an emergency and were able to fit it in 48 hs.

We needed a new boiler urgently as ours had stopped working and it was freezing!I Phoned Sally on reception at 4pm ish and she was fantastic, she was straight on it, James phoned us 10 mins later to discuss our requirements, a few emails with detailed photos sent and within 30 mins a quote and 2 days later a new boiler. The boiler was fitted by Richard and Alex , great team very tidy and polite, they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. The heating has never worked so well ! They left all the areas clean and tidy, I would highly recommend.

James and his team are absolutely and completely trustworthy and I wholeheartedly recommend them. My brothers boiler died when I was housesitting a year or so ago. I contacted Southcoast Boilers on a recommendation and had a new boiler installed - the service, communication and efficiency was outstanding, but I left my brother to write a review on his return. A year later, and I have just had a phone call from James to tell me that both my brother and myself paid the deposit, and a year later, refunded me £1500! Absolute honesty and integrity. Excellent customer service. We used this company as we were let down by our previous plumber, we will be using this company in future for everything. They changed our boiler at a great price, they came in the time frame given, they were very friendly and professional. No complaints and the boilers fantastic!
