Connor booked me in swiftly as my boiler was losing pressure every day and I was manually filling it up. It was also making loud intermittent vibrations that clearly meant it was not right It was also leaking occasionally. Connor came round , stripped it , serviced it and has been faultless since. Connor also took the time to look and fix my toilet that had a small issue at no charge, all in all 10/10 service at fair costs. I will be using every 12 months for a service from now on.

We had super service from Connor and would recommend. Wave were recommended to us by a friend of ours. We had an old air source heat pump removed, new Valiant gas boiler fitted and several new radiators fitted. Our house is now warm! Lots of good advice, flexible on timings to suit us and a really neat and tidy job that we are very happy with. Having had a few average/poor experiences with people working at our house over the last few years it’s been brilliant to have someone who knows and cares about what they are doing!

After 4 weeks of no hot water and constantly being let down by another heating engineer, Connor saved the day !
