Bathroom refurbishment. Clive and his team were excellent, friendly, honest, polite, professional, tidy, kept us updated all the way through. A few problems were uncovered along the way (somethings you can't see until you take everything out!), Clive dealt with them quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the bathroom :-)

Clive from Job Done services came to sort out hot water at our rented home on new year's eve when almost nobody else was working (tried calling about 30-odd other people on CheckATrade). Great service overall. Gave me a 1-hour time slot. Arrived earlier than stated time, but texted to let me know he was free earlier than expected. On arrival, got right to work quite literally. Popped out to get new parts, and eventually sorted out the job in just under 2 hours. There were some other issues which Clive gave some advice on to try and get fixed through letting agent. Overall happy and would recommend.

Ben has looked after my plumbing needs for almost 20 years. Last week I asked him to replace the taps in my downstairs toilet to the latest quarter turn valves. The work, as always, was carried out promptly, cleanly and to an acceptable price. I recommend Ben to perform any of your general plumbing or gas safe work.

A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben is a very polite and extremely professional individual and Niki has been very helpful during the whole communication process in organising the dates for the work to be carried out. Nathan is rare find, his workmanship and knowledge is top-notch. We have used his services for maintenance, servicing and repairs over last few years since moving to the area. Needed all the radiators changed in my house and have received great service. Lewis did such a great job, going above and beyond to get them all fixed and helped in getting them up and running. It was not an easy job as he had to deal with very old plumbing that needed readjustment in every corner and can not give enough credit on the amount of time he took to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. Had an issue with hot water and other fault codes popping in as well. So i call for the service about late afternoon and he came straight away in the same day which i did not expect.He came in diagnosed and spot on the problem. Ordered the parts on same day and placed it in day after which is very efficient and efficient with reasonable price.
