Kevin has been our plumber since we moved to our house 2 years ago. He‘s completed various tasks, including repairing and locating leaks, boiler servicing, removal of water tanks and replacing with a new pressurised system, radiator and tap replacement, lots of pipe work etc and all completed to a very high standard. His customer service and experience are excellent, alongside his calm and friendly manner. We’ve renovated a few houses and Kevin is the best plumber we’ve ever used. He always keeps us informed, is very reliable and takes time to talk and explain the best options. I would highly recommend his work and service and we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Amazing plumber. Came in to a flooded kitchen within one hour of phoning. Sorted out the corroded tap and pipe under kitchen sink. I would highly recommended Kevin. He is calm, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I am a happy customer.

Would have no hesitation on recommending Kevin. He replaced our boiler, water tank and competed some other small jobs. He worked long hours to get it done and was always happy to take time to explain everything.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. Absolute pleasure dealing with this wonderful group of people as always. Used the company many times over the years and never had any complaints. The girls in the office are so polite and Eddie (the Genius) was so professional, polite, and took on a challenge with rusted bolts in a toilet cistern that continually ran with water. Eddie arrived at expected time and was pleasant and professional. We unexpectedly had to leave him to get on with replacing our bath and basin taps, we explained what we wanted and any issues, he asked for any relevant details. When we returned the work was complete and the area tidy. We have used Stonehenge a few times, staff are always professional and thorough. Invoices are detailed, work done explained, and any recommendations stated.

The emergency plumber arrived within minutes of the start of the estimated window, which was much appreciated. He was courteous and confirmed the leak was around the immersion area. He gave us the choice of swapping the immersion out and fitting a new one, warning that this could make the leak worse meaning no hot water until the cylinder was replaced. His advice to use towels to dry off the area and shut off the water at night worked well allowing hot water during the days until a new cylinder could be fitted. The plumber arrived punctually as arranged with the new cylinder. He drained the old hot water cylinder and heating system, replaced the gate valve on the cold feed to the cylinder and altered the pipework to suit the new cylinder, including wiring up the immersion and testing it then leaving it on as it runs off solar. He checked for correct operation of the system. His work was efficient and effective. He explained what he had done and left the house tidy.

Use Stonehenge for our yearly boiler service, always great service so decided to ask about fitting a new sink. Came back with a good quote to take out our old kitchen sink and replace. Really helpful, Richard gave advice which helped selecting the new sink. Great communication from start to finish. Special thanks go to Jacob who was amazing, worked so hard and ensured everything went in ok, especially as new sink was a lot heavier than the original one. He left the kitchen clean and tidy. Definitely a credit to the company. Before and after photos, so pleased.

My Bosch boiler was installed successfully by Shape Contractors two years ago, with the minimum of disruption. It is now serviced annually, most recently last week. Jim arrived punctually, as usual, and charged a fair price. I can definitely recommend this company.

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.

Shape Contractor fixed a leak in my bathroom that seems to have been a long standing problem (I moved in 3 months ago). The two plumbers that came out we're polite and got straight to the job at hand. It did take three visits but they worked systematically to rule out one problem after another. Each visit was followed by excellent notes detailing the problem and the work done. Will use them again.

Dexter replaced our old vented heating system and hot water cylinder with a new combi in our loft, including a new gas run from our garage. Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Kyle came to flush our heating system through and replace heating pump, he really went above and beyond cleaning the system, adding protecting chemicals, giving so much advice and fixing a couple of radiators that were not working, all at the original quoted price for just the system flush and pump change. Can not recommend enough, what a treasure! 100% recommend!

Absolutely brilliant! Kyle visited us to quote for a new boiler (conversion from an old floor standing boiler with water tanks to a new combi boiler). He carried out a really thorough survey which gave us confidence that he new exactly what he was taking on, including arranging for the old roof chimney to be closed off. We accepted the quote a few days later, and the works were then completed as per the quote and schedule. Kyle kept us fully informed all along, and he was a pleasure to have at the house; disruption was kept to the minimum and everything was kept clean and tidy, plus he's a really nice guy.
