Eddie arrived at expected time and was pleasant and professional. We unexpectedly had to leave him to get on with replacing our bath and basin taps, we explained what we wanted and any issues, he asked for any relevant details. When we returned the work was complete and the area tidy. We have used Stonehenge a few times, staff are always professional and thorough. Invoices are detailed, work done explained, and any recommendations stated.

Absolute pleasure dealing with this wonderful group of people as always. Used the company many times over the years and never had any complaints. The girls in the office are so polite and Eddie (the Genius) was so professional, polite, and took on a challenge with rusted bolts in a toilet cistern that continually ran with water. Just had annual service for boiler installed last year. Very happy with service provided by James. Arrived at expected time and completed the service without issue. No problems with Stonehenge Plumbing & Heating making contact and arranging appointments.

Use Stonehenge for our yearly boiler service, always great service so decided to ask about fitting a new sink. Came back with a good quote to take out our old kitchen sink and replace. Really helpful, Richard gave advice which helped selecting the new sink. Great communication from start to finish. Special thanks go to Jacob who was amazing, worked so hard and ensured everything went in ok, especially as new sink was a lot heavier than the original one. He left the kitchen clean and tidy. Definitely a credit to the company. Before and after photos, so pleased.

The emergency plumber arrived within minutes of the start of the estimated window, which was much appreciated. He was courteous and confirmed the leak was around the immersion area. He gave us the choice of swapping the immersion out and fitting a new one, warning that this could make the leak worse meaning no hot water until the cylinder was replaced. His advice to use towels to dry off the area and shut off the water at night worked well allowing hot water during the days until a new cylinder could be fitted. The plumber arrived punctually as arranged with the new cylinder. He drained the old hot water cylinder and heating system, replaced the gate valve on the cold feed to the cylinder and altered the pipework to suit the new cylinder, including wiring up the immersion and testing it then leaving it on as it runs off solar. He checked for correct operation of the system. His work was efficient and effective. He explained what he had done and left the house tidy.
