Just 10 weeks after moving home our 'new' boiler broke down. Thankfully, with outside temperatures extremely low, Dave recognised our vulnerability and his team installed a new boiler with remarkable speed. The new boiler is doing a great job, and we are so grateful for their excellent service.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Brilliant service from start to finish. Communication from the office was excellent and the Plumber's who carried out the work were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They replaced all of our radiators with minimal fuss and left zero mess behind. They even finished a day ahead of schedule. Highly recommend using them!

We had our heating system upgraded by ECS with a new boiler installed. They were great from the first quote to getting the job done. They listened to us from the start, discussed our options, and were contactable and responsive during the job. The team working at our house were tidy and respectful. I would recommend them highly!

I could not be more impressed. We had an issue with our air source heat pump system. ECS responded immediately and identified the issue instantly. I've used ECS for a number of jobs both large and small. We did extensive remodelling in our house and used ECS to completely re-plumb the building, fitting new underfloor heating and radiators, boiler and plant room. We had a sizeable and lengthy project which Adams Gale helped immensely with. Their knowledge and advice was absolutely fantastic. Thack helped us so much with everything including a new water system and underfloor heating, and was always on hand. They always arrive when promised, which in itself is a rarity, and their time and professionalism sets them aside from others. Just wanted to say thank you to Jamie and team. Had a very unpleasant job of trying to work out what was blocking outside pipe leading from toilet. Guys worked hard and did a great job. Family now very happy to have a toilet upstairs that works.

Jamie & Wally did an excellent job in removing an old leaking shower and replacing it with a new one. Work involved removing the shower rear wall panel, supplying and fitting new sub frame with plasterboard then re-tiling etc, new wall.
