Hannah visited our property to carry out a gas boiler service and radiator re-balance. We found her to be very efficient when communicating with us prior to her visit. On the day, she was friendly and professional, explaining exactly what she had done in a clear and informative manner. She was very careful and considerate while carrying out the work, leaving everything neat and tidy when she left. We will definitely use her in the future and would be very happy to recommend her.

We have just used Hannah to rectify some plumbing work incorrectly installed by another builder. Hannah was efficient , clean and tidy and solved the issue swiftly (very reasonably ) that the other builders failed to do so after 6 weeks.
