James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. James came out quickly on a Friday morning as our boiler wouldn't turn on. As we were coming into winter and having had a few issues with the boiler over the last 18 months, we decided to do an emergency boiler replacement.
