I needed a repair on my 18 year old central heating boiler which had served me faithfully for 18 years. Thomas replied to my call very promptly - on a Sunday!!. At first he thought he would be able to repair the boiler but it turned out that in the end it required a new circuit board and he told me it was going to be quite expensive. I had already considered a new boiler and I decided to go ahead with that but I stress that Thomas was prepared to keep trying to get the old one going again if that had been what I wanted. He gave me a price which I was happy with and he fitted a Baxi 830 combination boiler including a magnetic filter and a Hive wi-fi thermostat to give me remote control over the heating system. The installation was quick and efficient and he made sure that everything was working as it should be. He even registered the 10 year parts and labour guarantee for me. He cleaned up very efficiently. If I had been able to give him 10 stars for this job it would still not be enough.
