We have been using Victors for a while now and are really happy with their work. We have had a bath/shower room installed, new radiators, numerous issues resolved and much more. Charlie is always on time, turns up when he says he will, very communicative and if we have an issue he deals with it immediately. We’ve built a great relationship and wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. He was very responsive to a few snagging issues (expected on all large works) and has sorted everything for us. We are very happy with our new bathroom. Would recommend Charlie!

Used Victor plumbing & Heating to replace my Triton electric shower unit that had packed up. Came round on the same day (Saturday) to look at it. New shower unit was installed 2 days later. Much appreciated the prompt, professional service. Will definitely be using him again.

Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade. Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help. He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes. All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish 👍 we are very pleased. Also cleared up after! Will definitely use Charlie again. Thank you 😀
