Just had our third year service and the system still works like a dream. Since replacing the gas boiler, we are currently £3000 in credit with our energy supplier, so more than happy with the results. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

I cannot recommend the team at Heat Pump Installers UK Limited enough. They fitted a Samsung EHS Mono R32 HTQ Air Source Heat Pump and 300L cylinder at our property in February 2024. From dealing with the back-office to the highly professional installation team, our customer experience was superb. They answered all our questions and gave us re-assurance that we were making the right choice of equipment and I can confirm that Heat Pumps do work in old, leaky houses when there's snow on the ground (see pic of our ASHP in situ, keeping us warm). Excellent service, the staff were polite and efficient. The heat pump works wonderfully with our old ex-council house. We had it installed a year ago so I’m able to give a years review. We have found no significant changes in the bills and there has been an improvement in temperature of the hot water. The regular heat has made the house warm when we need it and we can easily adjust if we need to. We highly recommend Heat Pump Installers UK.

Andy and his team were great throughout the whole process of installing our air source heat pump. They were able to provide us with a custom solution that allowed us to have the equipment where we wanted it, in order to minimise lost space. This set them apart from other installers we spoke to who weren't forthcoming with as many ideas. The installation itself was very smooth and the work is really neat. Absolutely amazing! These guys are the most knowledgeable, diligent and professional team we’ve ever dealt with. Three years ago they installed an underfloor air source heat pump system into our barn conversion. It proved to be so super efficient & so easy to use that we asked them to put a heat pump in our main house. This was a much bigger job which included additional & replacement radiators (all of which were all cast iron with bespoke fittings). From the initial discussions, to the removal of the old and the install of the new, we were kept up to date with price and progress. The site was kept really clean and tidy and we could not be happier with the end result. Genuine, hardworking people who care passionately about the quality of their work, their environmental impact and customer satisfaction. Could not ask for more.
