We are delighted with our new bathroom and found Plumb Factory very professional and easy to communicate with. Joe gave us a fantastic design with ideas we wouldn’t have thought of by ourselves and also recommended an excellent fitter, Richard. The experience was really positive from beginning to end and we would highly recommend to others.

Excellent service from Joe from the initial meetings to planning the bathroom .All the way through the process he was helpful and knowledgeable which made decision making easy .The fixtures and fittings are excellent as are our wall tiles and flooring. I would recommend Plumb factory if you are doing your bathroom.

We have had a new bathroom and also an extension on our house which included a downstairs toilet. Our builder advised Plumb Factory Blackpool to supply all the necessary components needed. We had a look around the showroom and had a chat to Izzy on what turned out to be her 1st day working there. She was able to start the process of choosing what we needed and over several further visits and emails she was able to show us plans and mock ups of the possible designs and advised us on cost and availability. Then she was able to source what we eventually decided on at a good price all delivered in a professional and friendly manner. We are very happy with the end results and the service we received.

We went to Plumb Factory as we needed a full new bathroom and looking at brochures etc and online at various bathroom furniture retailers and working out price not really knowing what we were looking at or needed was hard work. We called in to Plumb Factory and was greeted by Joe. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and couldn't have spent enough time with us, he didn't rush us or put any pressure on or up sell, it felt like he was there to assist us, good old fashioned customer service! He listened to what we wanted and what our budget was and advised accordingly, recommending certain features such as a bath design we wouldn't have considered. He created a 3d image of the bathroom design and with feedback from us he changed it according to what we wanted with no trouble at all. The final design was perfect, matched our budget and when installed in reality looks EXACTLY like his design. Joe really couldn't have done any more for us and absolute credit to Plumb Factory and why we will definitely be using them for all future work we have done. Thanks Joe!

A pleasure to deal with and so helpful. The showroom is impressive with lots of choice. Anja at the Horwich branch helped us with the layout, offering different options and her expert advice and knowledge helped with any questions we had. The delivery guys are lovely and helpful.
