We have been using Connor and Stuart at BHE on our caravan park (Hawthorns Park) for around 10 years, for servicing, repairs, safety checks and new connections. Always friendly and professional and do a great job. Kathryn in the office is really helpful and efficient and always makes sure we get help when we need it.

Office staff VERY helpful, friendly and do what they say they will and when! Engineers (Conor and Warren) in 2 different places very knowledgeable, explain what they are doing, don't add unnecessary work and leave the premises exactly as they found them. They are also friendly, professional and polite. BHE is an excellent, trustworthy company.

Connor and Stuart from BHE turned up promptly and completed the job of re-routing some central heating pipework professionally, quickly and efficiently, and cleared up afterwards. They even fixed a set of window blinds that were broken as they needed some extra light in the corner of a room.

The whole service was excellent, from speaking with Joanne to book the work in, to the guys who removed and fitted new radiators. They worked efficiently and productively all day, clearing up afterwards (so much that you wouldn’t have known they’d been there) Costs for the work undertaken was certainly value for money. It's the first time we have used BHE Services Ltd for the Annual Service of our Lodge Central Heating Boiler. Engineer Connor arrived on time, was very thorough, clean and tidy and was most professional in all he did. With excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly manner, he kept us informed at each stage of the service and recommended a new part to improve the boiler's performance. Top class!
