Amazing service. Called Mark with a emergency job around 9am and he was at my house less than 90 minutes later after doing another job and even gave an accurate ETA. Was efficient and clear as he was doing the fix. Let us know exactly what he was doing and why which was very helpful. Also a genuinely nice guy, wore shoe protectors without even asking and was very polite and friendly. Price was extremely reasonable especially considering it was an emergency weekend call and we had parts replaced. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and he will be first person I call if I enevr need work in the future.

I have known Mark for a number of years and he has carried out many jobs for me, most recently yesterday. He is honest, reliable (he turns up exactly at the time promised) & thorough and takes a pride in his work. I highly recommend him for all aspects of plumbing and locksmith tasks.
