Blown away by Kori’s amazing service. He was recommended by my neighbours (i think he has fixed the plumbing for at least 3 of us in the building now). He was reliable, so friendly, and very knowledgeable, and able to fix the issue for cheaper than he had originally thought which was a bonus. It was a delight to deal with him.

Kori did an amazing job transforming my bathroom into a well designed shower room. From scratch, he installed a new toilet, shower, basin and radiators with great expertise. Overall, I’m very happy with the transformation and the excellent service Kori provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled plumber who goes above and beyond. Kori was brilliant. Called him about a leak from my toilet which was built inside a box by the developers. He assessed the issues, gave various options on how to proceed and was in no way pushy - but offered advice when asked. He was friendly, professional, got the job done perfectly (after finding not 1 problem but 3)and was very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call him in the future with any other issues.

I was recommended KRMS from a friend as I needed to have some remedial work done in the bathroom, and I then took the opportunity to replace the suite while I was at it... From the start I was impressed by Kori's professionalism and thoroughness in the quotation process, taking photos and videos of the space and detailing requirements. Because the work was remedial I wanted the existing tiles to be preserved as much as possible and the effort that Kori and the team took to keep them was noted. I was kept up to date with the progress of the work and consulted before crucial decisions needed to be made. The overall finish is excellent and Warren the Carpenter that had to undertake replacing a full floor and joists did a great job. I am extremely pleased with the work that has been done. And I would not hesitate to recommend KRMS to anyone and I would use than again in the future.
