Very pleased with the service we received from the is company. We called Heat Quick Direct out for a quote on a new boiler installation and were pleased with how Robert explained everything. I could not have had a better experience with Heat Quick Direct. They were efficient, punctual and delivered a great service. Robert was very knowledgable and clearly cares a great deal about his craft. I found him to be very informative and pleasant. He went out of his way to ensure everything was finished to a high standard.
Superb annual boiler service, originally by Robert Davies but now usually by a member of his team. In 30 years of property owning in London, I never had the boiler serviced like this before, and now would not use any other company. Excellent and highly recommended.
Robert removed an old gas boiler and replaced with an electric boiler. Very happy with the service and our new boiler - thankyou!
