I got in touch with Master Plumbing when I encountered some issues with my boiler in my new property and read the great reviews. Matthew arrived promptly to service my boiler, he was polite, friendly and very reasonably priced. There was very clear communication throughout, he was very efficient and I’m extremely happy with the service and have already recommended him to a neighbour. The plumber, Matthew, came at relatively short notice due to my narrow time limit for the work; he worked at a fast, efficient pace; his manner was pleasant; he completed the job I had asked him to do and gave me the option of booking him for further improvements if desired; he only requested payment on completion of the job after he had he accommodated my request for receipt paperwork; he checked that all systems were in working order before he left. I would book him again if I needed work done. P.S. Greenford.

Had a whole new system installed, new boiler, new radiators and a reworking of most of the pipework as also wanted the boiler moved to a more convenient place. Matthew and his team worked tirelessly and figured out all the complications with upgrading my decades old system. I now have a much better water flow and toasty home ready for the winter. Completed quickly and efficiently and very friendly and professional guy, did a lot of prep work with me before it started and I would highly recommend him for your project or repair.

We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. He was exactly what we needed in that moment, and provided a full report early the next day that helped with our insurers. Massive 5 stars.

After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). Mathew was very obviously an experienced and very well trained CH engineer and I will certainly use him again for both routine services and any problems that may occur.

I was looking for a reliable and competent plumber and found Mr Delmi and I must say I am very pleased to have met him as he was very efficient in arranging and completing the task, assisted me with arranging for a tiler at the same time. The whole project was as smooth as I could wish for and I highly recommend him to anyone as I know I will contact him for any future work to be done on my house.

I rang about 9 this morning, looking for a specific power shower. They didn't have one in stock and ordinarilly it would be a next day delivery option but they bent over backwards to source one for today. A great price and good service.

After a few bad experiences with plumber, I finally found the right man to look after my heating. He came on time, did a great job, gave good advises and left the place very tidy. All of this at a very competitive price. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was ok. I couldn't ask for more. I ll definitely recommend Bob to anyone.

I have got my new boiler and megaflo job done by Ben and his team. Very impressed by these guys as start to finish they have proved to be very helpful and professional by their time management, listening attitude and very courteous. Prices were very reasonable as compared to the few quotations, I received from other suppliers. I am simply happy beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

I've been living in this area for over 15 Years , and didn't know this shop was here. Have seen their vans around but never checked to see where they were located.Boiler ordered yesterday afternoon , delivered to our home, the following morning before 9am. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit, all top brands stocked. Its not only the product range but also the advice you get, this is also very valuable.
