As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

Great job by Iky and his kind and competent staff. They worked fast but with precision and we had some nice chats in-between. Highly recommend.

I had a problem of no hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000 system . I phoned the manufacturers Gledhill who offered to send an engineer out for a fixed price repair at £399! Upon googling further , I totally lucked out with Iqbal from Rapid React. I explained the issue and he immediately said "try the reset of the thermostat ", even to the extent of a FaceTime guided call to walk through the process and sending photos of what reset button to look for. He was totally right in his assessment and voila, hot water came on . So rare in these days of botch or rip off tradespeople to come across the totally top guy that is Iqbal ! Thank you so much!

I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. I can’t say enough good things about Rapid Response ! Icky has fitted a new boiler in our flat in EC1V and we are now looking at replacing a shower . He’s courteous, reliable and does a great job .
