Having been let down by a couple of plumbers over the last few months, a friend recommended Charlotte and Aquaducks. I found both Charlotte and Nathan to be professional, great communication and reliable. We had a number of plumbing issues ( some wrongly diagnosed by other plumbers) that they repaired and also presented us with options and costs for repair or replacement so we could choose. I would highly recommend Aquaducks
I had a new boiler and hive system fitted by Aquaducks. I was recommended them after family had used them and gave great reviews. Charlotte quoted quickly and the quote was thorough and easy to understand. The work was carried out really efficiently and they left the flat spotless. Would highly recommend!
There's a reason Aquaducks are busy (I had to book a week in advance), it's because they're good. Honest, logical, clear and they listen to their customers. They corrected my washing machine plumbing, listened to my input but also advised on the best solution.
Don't use anyone else but this team. So prompt, hard working and genuine. Worked 5 hours solid to get our new shower fitted and really good service. Thanks Aquaducks! 🦆
Charlotte from Aquaducks has always been friendly and professional when completing my annual boiler service. Never had any issues since it was installed by Aquaducks a few years ago. Would recommend to others looking for new boiler or someone to complete boiler service.
