Scott is a complete legend. he turned a crisis into a breeze. what seemed like a massive problem that would have cost hundreds and required destructive exploration to find a fault he sussed out in minutes. his honesty and professionalism meant we were about l able to fix the problem at minimal cost and stress. top marks will ALWAYS use him going forward.
