Installation of smart meter : Excellent job. Really pleased. Employed Mark to install smart thermostat and hub as didn’t know where to begin on the system we had. He was knowledgeable and offered great advice. Very efficient and made sure that I understood how to use before leaving. I’ve also asked about other services since we will definitely be using Mark again in the near future.
Very happy with new boiler installation, job done in time frame, Mark also found a time to change for me extra three radiators due to my recent injury. I supposed to do it. Every day he was on time, Mark was giving me heads up all the time what going to do, when, what time he be coming following day so great communication, all old components been cleared and taken away, all warranties, paperwork's has been done by Mark, very nice and polite guy, you can talk with him about anything, same time very focused on tasks, he fixed and replaced old leaking washers on central heating draining pipe,
Mark recently fitted a new combi boiler for our new house. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process.
The installation itself was seamless and efficient. He took great care to ensure everything was set up correctly and even went above and beyond to explain how to use the new system. The new boiler is working perfectly, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in our home's hot water which is an absolute godsend.
What truly impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They left the work area spotless and followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly.
