Paul saved us £2250 !!! Our heating stopped working & our regular plumber diagnosed our pump as having blown up & that we needed a new boiler. We asked Paul to quote for the work. He was able to fix the boiler instead of having to replace it & it only cost an hour of his labour.
He fitted us in at very short notice. He was pleasant, experienced, skilled & very reasonably priced for a professional . . . & didn’t laugh at our excessive Covid precautions : ) We are really happy to recommend his services.

I discovered that my central heating was coming on instead of the hot water. I self diagnosed that the 3 port motorised valve was at fault and ordered a replacement off the internet. However my plans to try and fix the problem myself were hijacked when my immersion tank also failed, before the replacement valve had arrived. I reached out to Quick Flow as a desperate first time customer. Paul surpassed my wildest dreams by being able to turn up just 2 hours after my panicky phone call. just 90 minutes later, he had replaced the motorised head and the immersion tank was also fixed. Paul worked neatly and methodically.
The following day, it seemed that the heating was not working, although the hot water was. Paul once again managed to attend me within 3 hours and checked the system, which now decided to work, making me look a bit daft. Paul was gracious enough to not query my mistake. The pricing was not at all unreasonable although the charges were worked out in a different way to the wording on the website.
I have carefully stored Quickflows telephone number for future use and happily commend Paul's services to anyone in the Croydon area that needs reliable Plumbing or Heating works to be done.

Called one day, said he couldn't fit me in that day - would the next be OK? Sure! Arrived, parked, saw, fixed - checked another issue - fixed that too all the while explaining what was happening.

I called Quickflow on Sunday to get availability to change my leaking tap and set he will be available on Tuesday. Turned up promptly. Paul was a great guy, knew what he was doing. Told me where the leak was. Great guy to do the work. Clean and tidy.
In terms of pricing he was cheap and very reasonable. He was local to me.
I need to carry out a boiler service. Gave me a quote there and then. I will call him up next in due course to do that for me.
