I found K R Plumbing through Checkatrade and it turned out to be a really good decision. Karim did an extended job for us which involved both gas work as well as plumbing. He fixed and serviced a gas boiler, installed a new hob and also fitted a whole new shower along with new tiling and bath screen. This was in addition to other small repairs. The main thing was the honesty and sincerely, he helped us avoid unnecessary work. Five stars, will definitely recommend!

The technician preemptively asked for pictures and had agreed a plan and options with myself over the phone (course of action, replacing parts vs repairing etc) before attending and given the nature of the issue (leak on mains stop valve) his friendly and calming demeanour explaining to us what to do until he attended was a very nice touch as leaks usually cause a lot of distress to people. He attended site on time, was polite and very professional. He was providing useful explanations along the way. He has done a great job and being extra careful not to make any mess and has left the place spotless. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result and overall experience and would definitely highly recommend this company!
