We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. We had a new boiler fitted and the work was done efficiently, tidily and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Amazing service. When water was pouring through the ceiling and light fittings because of a blockage, Mark was calm, reassuring and came round quickly. He did a thorough exploration of the problem - making sure we knew what was happening and how it be resolved. It was a stressful situation but Mark was able to fix it with a expert knowledge and a smile and was very polite. I’ve already recommended BB Drainage 👍

We used Woodstock’s planning / design service for our bathroom and it was bruised. Fin (the guy who did our design) listened really carefully to what we wanted, made some great suggestions and made us feel fully involved. After the bathroom was fitted (Paul Towerton - I’d highly recommend him too) we had a small defect with the shower screen we chose and the supplier wouldn’t replace it but Fin went to bat for us and got a replacement screen free of charge. Great service and great aftercare.

We have used Woodstocks twice in the last year as we are renovating our house. We initially went to other large chain bathroom stores, however at Woodstocks they were so friendly and gave us a personable experience. As we were fitting our bathrooms ourselves, Woodstocks helped us with so much practical advice and ensured what we were buying would work. Their customer service is excellent which is why we knew we had to buy our bathroom from them, and we will be going back in the future. The building team and the plumbing team undertook a complicated extension project involving the construction of one building and the complete repurposing and plumbing in of another. Multiple 'TS' engineers and craftsmen were in constant attendance and every single person was dependable, highly skilled, knowledgable and professional. We are delighted with the outcome and are full of admiration for the company as a whole. Another thing which made a difference was that every person in every department, both in the office and in the field, was always a pleasure to deal with: Warm , cheerful, committed and optimistic. I was never in doubt that they genuinely cared. We love the new building and we'll always have fond memories of its construction.

Recently attended to replace 3 TRVs and look at a faulty toilet. The plumbers were all great and very nice. Arrived on time. Showed great flexibility working around 2 kids and a dog. Returned to fix the toilet after ordering a part. Invoiced as per agreed quote. The lady in the office is very friendly and helpful.

HeatWave fitted underfloor heating in an old house. Jack, Bruce and Callum were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout. Exceptional company who originally fitted out the bathroom 10 years ago so were invited back. From initial planning to completion of the work, every aspect was done to an incredibly high standard. Both fitters, Phil and Nathan, were friendly, tidy and were very receptive to ideas on the go. Each day, at the end of the work, they tidied up and nothing needed doing. We are so pleased that they have been invited to quote for further work. Laura in the office, who was the link between us and the fitters, was again exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is the third time I've used SC Plumbing and they delivered excellent work once again. I had a kitchen stripped out and replaced. They oversaw the whole project, advised as necessary, cleared and prepared the room removing unwanted items, then fitted a new kitchen from a design I'd agreed with Howdens. Throughout the job, whenever little unforeseen issues cropped up, Phil and the team were quick to respond and deal with it all, keeping calm and professional throughout. I felt in safe hands and they got through the work quickly, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. I love the new kitchen and from previous work, know that their after service care is just as good as their installation. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
