The team spent a considerable amount of time both on the phone prior to booking and whilst at the property discussing the issue and to establish potential causes before removing floors. The job investigation was completed faster than expected and most importantly my property was treated with absolute respect, to the point where its hard to tell the reinstated floor was even taken up.
