Jack came and quoted for installing new boiler and gave me confidence in knowing his stuff straight away about different boiler models and changing shower pump. Had a very ‘can do’ attitude and kept me informed throughout the installation and checked what I wanted if there were options. Very professional and good to have in the house. Now in December I wanted to add that now I’m using the heating, I’m very happy with how it’s running and the thermostat and timer is great.

Very pleased with Jack's work. He serviced our boiler only to find that we needed a new part pretty quickly to avoid a likely breakdown.
