Sam from start to finish has been incredibly helpful and efficient. He gave me lots of options for a new boiler and completed the work professionally and to a high standard. He is trustworthy and kind and has helped me, going above and beyond at times. If I could give 6 stars I would :).

A neighbour recommended Sam about 6 years ago when we moved to a new property. We have used him for all our plumbing needs. Sam is polite, professional and nothing is too much trouble. When our boiler stopped working during a very cold period he came out to fix it despite being on his way to the airport on holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Sam’s communication was brilliant! Although he had to send someone to fit the radiator he checked with us along the way and made sure we knew everything we needed to and checked back in with us at the end of the job. His colleague did a brilliant job and I would absolutely trust Sam with any work we’d need doing again in the future

I cannot recommend Sam highly enough! I am fortunate to have known Sam for the past couple of years through a recommendation to my daughter. Sam has helped me in so many ways with any issues I have had & been so understanding with my concerns, regarding my boiler etc, after loosing my Husband, who dealt with everything, I struggle with trusting anyone after being unfortunately scammed , which also has made me anxious. Sam is everything someone needs when they have issues with any form of plumbing etc or would like to have something new, he’s honest, very friendly, reliable, tidy, his work is immaculate & he will do whatever he can to keep costs down & is always at the end of the phone for any queries, if he can’t get to you the same day he will do his best to get to you asap. Sam goes above & beyond to help whatever you ask & I will not ever use anyone else. Sam introduced me to ‘nest’ to help me manage my hot water & heating at times that suit me & it’s absolutely perfect for my lifestyle, he went through everything with me & set the ‘app’ up on my phone, something I would never have done myself let alone thought of, he also serviced my boiler last year & unfortunately after 35+ years it needing changing back this January, he told me the difference between boilers & helped me decide what I needed at as much as a reasonable cost as possible, I feel more than comfortable allowing Sam in my home without me being there which is massive for me. I now have no issues or worries about my new boiler as I know with my ‘nest’ set up & the perfect installation Sam has done I am going to be warm whenever I need it without ‘overspending’ with all the tariff prices on energy right now, he also did my warranty for me so I know I am covered for the future, Sam also serviced an old fire I have & WOW it was filthy & now something else I can use now it is all ‘safe’ & working. As soon as you meet Sam & see the work he does, you definitely won’t use anyone else. Thank you Sam.
