He is very personable, professional and thorough in his approach and attitude, as well as very kind and knowledgeable. Really easy to contact on social media and turned up on the day booked to fix a running toilet. Identified issue plus another one. The part he had on the van needed to be replaced so they dashed off to the supply store and promptly returned to fix the issue.
