He quickly identified the issue with the plumbing and took the time to explain exactly what it was and how he would be fixing it which he promptly proceeded to do. Another excellent job by Chris, this time replacing an ailing boiler. I’ve used Chris' services for several years at our own home and at our rental properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Over the years, he has dealt with everything from regularly servicing boilers and performing Gas Safety Checks, to emergencies such as handling leaks and heating faults and big projects such as fitting a new boiler and a Honeywell smart heating system.
