Nik replaced our broken boiler as an emergency as we had no hot water or heating. He kindly fitted us in and did an excellent job, was neat and tidy and very friendly. They have found a couple of issues, which they resolved without fuss - one issue was possibly unsafe and engineer couldn't leave without sorting, I only found out after and I wasn't charged for it! Danny was absolutely incredible. He came very promptly both for the quote and for the repair. He knew exactly what the issue was. He had to complete take out a leaking pipe inside of our cistern in our toliet (the white one which I’m pointing to in the photo attached) and he was extremely efficient and carried out the repair with the highest quality products and manner. He’s very professional, friendly, super easy to get along with and also very tidy and he made sure to keep me informed. Rob always does an excellent job. He has also done work for my elderly father in law and daughter. We are all pleased with his punctuality and professionalism. Rob always cleans up after himself which is paramount for an elderly person. His prices are very reasonable.
