Kav was absolutely great. He made the effort to get to us quickly when our boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year- and he put himself out to make sure we had our heating back on as soon as he could by getting the new part and thoroughly cleaning and servicing the boiler. It hadn’t been serviced for 10 years but is running low a Rolls Royce now! Very nice, competent and professional. Thank you!
