We used Woodstock’s planning / design service for our bathroom and it was bruised. Fin (the guy who did our design) listened really carefully to what we wanted, made some great suggestions and made us feel fully involved. After the bathroom was fitted (Paul Towerton - I’d highly recommend him too) we had a small defect with the shower screen we chose and the supplier wouldn’t replace it but Fin went to bat for us and got a replacement screen free of charge. Great service and great aftercare.

We have used Woodstocks twice in the last year as we are renovating our house. We initially went to other large chain bathroom stores, however at Woodstocks they were so friendly and gave us a personable experience. As we were fitting our bathrooms ourselves, Woodstocks helped us with so much practical advice and ensured what we were buying would work. Their customer service is excellent which is why we knew we had to buy our bathroom from them, and we will be going back in the future.
