Just moved in to a new house, 1 of the ensuite showers stopped working after 4 weeks. Spoke to Jenny in the office and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. The engineer attended on time and managed to fix the issue by resetting something in our loft. No parts required and all fixed within 30 mins. Great service and honesty.

Ultra heat relocated hot water tank and fitted a pressurised tank in our loft. At the same time a water softener was fitted. Such a helpful company who went the extra mile to advise, set everything up and keep us informed. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for an excellent and professional job.

Great company, with professional owners and a friendly, knowledgable team. Ultraheat helped me this last year on a new/self build project, and gave me total confidence that everything would be done correctly, as well as on time/efficiently.
